1. Hinava

2. Bambangan

3. Tuhau

Tuhau can be found at most tamu market or vegetable markets. It is made of a type of wild ginger that is thinly diced, mixed with diced chilli and diced scallion, and pickled using salt and vinegar. You can cook it in dishes or eat it as a pickle.
